We do what we do, because it results in more effective organisations

Having known each other professionally for many years, we formed our own consultancy in 2016. It was born out of a mutual respect for one another’s talents and a shared vision for a way of working – a practice-led approach, stretching yet supportive, embedded learning for the long term.

We work with a highly skilled team of associates who share our values and, like us, derive immense satisfaction from helping people grow in confidence and capability.

Tim Kane
- Director

Tim is a communication coach, facilitator and business role-player.

He has a degree in Drama from Birmingham University and a background in theatre as an actor and a writer. Alongside this, Tim began working in communication skills development and now has over 25 years’ experience as an L&D professional, working globally and across sectors.

Tim particularly enjoys working with small groups building people’s skills and confidence in areas such as: Pitching & Presenting, Client Interactions, Performance Conversations, Stakeholder Influencing, and Handling Challenging Conversations.

He also coaches individuals for Interviews, Promotions and Presentations. He has helped countless senior executives prepare for new roles and keynote speeches.

Tim is a communication coach, facilitator and role-player. He has worked in this field for over 20 years and across many sectors – Banking, Pharmaceutical, Telecoms, Social and Broadcast Media, Law, Charity, Government, and with individual politicians.

He is based in London and has worked throughout Europe as well as in India, Singapore, Philippinnes and Australia. He holds a CIPD certificate in advanced Facilitation.Tim works with people at all levels within organisations.

Angela McHale

Angela is a highly experienced facilitator and communication coach. She has designed and delivered training across almost all sectors and at all levels of seniority. She has won a CIPD award for her work.

She has a Politics degree and a post-graduate diploma in acting and has always had a rewarding portfolio career of acting, coaching and drama-based training.  She has also worked in banks, law firms and global creative organisations - managing people, budgets, and client relationships. As such, she understands the competing pressures facing many of her clients and this brings authenticity to her work.

Working mostly with emerging leaders and senior teams, Angela’s experience is greatest in Performance Management, Personal Impact and Inclusion.

Angela is a facilitator, role-player and writer of drama-based training programmes. She has a wealth of experience across a variety of sectors and has won a CIPD award for her work.

With a BA in Politics from Warwick University and a post-graduate diploma in Acting, Angela set about building a career as an actress.  Along the way, she became fascinated with using drama in corporate training and realised how much she enjoyed helping others improve their communication skills.  Twenty three years later she still enjoys a rewarding portfolio career of acting, coaching and drama-based training.
